Recently, the College of Forestry has signed cooperation agreements with several renowned universities in South America, making significant progress in international exchange and cooperation.

The college has been continuing to deepen educational and research exchanges with countries in South America and broaden the scope of collaboration. In 2025, a delegation of faculty members from the school attended an academic conference in Argentina and held in-depth discussions with the Faculty of Agronomy at the University of Buenos Aires. The two parties reached multiple consensuses on talent cultivation, scientific research collaboration, and faculty-student exchanges, formally signing a cooperation agreement. This conference laid a solid foundation for substantive collaboration in the future.

Besides, the college of Forestry has engaged in close exchanges with several universities in Chile. Faculty members held discussions with Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and the University of Chile, exchanging views on cutting-edge topics in forestry science and sustainable development. The college also invited experts in related fields to China, where they participated in the 23rd International Talent Exchange Conference held in Shanghai and subsequently attended a series of high-level academic activities in Beijing. Through heated discussions, the school successfully established a cooperative relationship with the School of Forestry at the University of Chile and signed a cooperation agreement.

The signing of these international cooperation agreements marks a step forward in the college's international development. Seizing this opportunity, the school will continue to address global challenges in forestry and environmental fields, contributing wisdom and strength to the advancement of forestry science and ecological development.
