The 2024 TI Cup Beijing Undergraduate Electronics Design Contest has recently concluded, marking a notable triumph for the team from the School of Technology at BFU. Throughout the rigorous four-day, three-night competition, BFU participants shined, clinching one first prize, one second prize, and twelve third prizes. Their achievements were recognized and extolled by professional adjudicators, significantly enhancing BFU's prestige.

In anticipation of the competition, the faculty from the School of Technology embarked on comprehensive preparatory and motivational endeavors, which amplified student enthusiasm for participation. The contest witnessed 38 teams, encompassing 114 students from diverse disciplines and academic levels, successfully navigate the competition. To meet the competition’s specific requirements, the School's faculty held specialized training sessions covering circuit design, programming, and machine vision, thus providing a robust foundation for the students' involvement. Throughout the event, the team members displayed strong professional skills, electronic design capabilities, and teamwork, effectively highlighting the expertise of our faculty and students in electronic design and the adept application of their professional knowledge.
The National Undergraduate Electronic Design Contest, co-launched by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, stands out as a highly prestigious event in the electronics field, drawing extensive participation and having a significant impact. The School of Technology, BFU, has been highly valued these competitions and encourage active student participation, motivating students to apply their academic knowledge creatively, sparking interest and enhancing their practical and innovative skills. Looking ahead, the School of Technology will keep motivating more students to engage in such competitions, consistently supporting advancements in electronic technology.
