Beijing Forestry University(BFU) has released "Song of BFU", a new musical work created by the University's Publicity Department and Youth League Committee. The song celebrates campus spirit and unites the university community in promoting ecological progress.

Structured in three movements, the lyrics trace BFU's legacy and vision. The first movement highlights the university's historical roots and educational philosophy. The second celebrates the spirit of "Green Dedication", showcasing faculty and student contributions through research, fieldwork, and public service. The third movement honors the legacy of pioneering ecologist Liang Xi, inspiring a new generation to devote themselves to ecological restoration. The lyrics blend BFU's distinct identity with contemporary themes, set to a memorable melody.

For the music video, over 100 participants—including faculty and student choirs, representatives from all academic schools, rural teaching volunteers, research station staff, and student clubs—joined in the production. The song underwent multiple revisions during its creation, incorporating input from faculty, students, and alumni. Professional composers refined the score to ensure artistic excellence. As part of BFU's broader campus cultural enrichment initiative, the song will be integrated into major university events. Resources are available for download via the BFU Cloud Drive.
