Recently, the School of Landscape Architecture hosted the 8th Host Competition in the underground lecture hall of the Teaching and Research Building, drawing a spirited performance from over a hundred participants. Xiong Yueqi emerged as the top winner, followed by Jin Yichen who claimed second place, while Wang Huiqi rounded out the podium with third place honors.

The event, with over a hundred contestants, unfolded in two phases: preliminaries and finals, with the latter featuring stages like "Emerging Talents," "Fluent Discussion," "Witty Words," and "Eloquent Speech." Contestants engaged in vibrant discussions on trending topics like ecological civilization, rural revitalization, and cultural confidence, reflecting their personal insights and the vibrant spirit of contemporary landscape youth.

It is known that the Landscape Architecture School's Host Competition has evolved into a pivotal aesthetic education brand event within the university.  In the future, the School will continue to deepen reforms in aesthetic education, host various forms of aesthetic activities, and provide a broader platform for students to showcase their talents and improve themselves.As a signature event in the School's aesthetic education portfolio, the competition highlights its ongoing commitment to nurturing well-rounded talents through diverse and rich cultural activities, aiming to foster a platform that both showcases and enhances the students' abilities.
