WANG, born in March 1981, holds the title of Professor with a postgraduate qualification and a doctoral degree.

He previously served as Vice Dean and later Dean of the School of Environmental Science and Engineering, as well as Director of the Development and Planning Office at Beijing Forestry University. In June 2025, he was appointed as a Standing Committee Member of the CPC Committee and Vice President of the University. 

WANG is primarily responsible for graduate education, IT construction, and sports initiatives, while assisting the President in strategic planning and disciplinary development. He directly oversees the IT Construction and Management Office, the Physical Education Department, the Library, and the Museum.He also serves as the Dean of the Graduate School and maintains liaison with the College of Forestry, the School of Soil and Water Conservation, and the School of Landscape Architecture.
