On May 7th, the performance themed on "May of Youth", a key event of BFU Student Art Troupe for art popularization, was held in Tin Ka Ping Stadium and other venues throughout the campus of BFU. The performance included theme flash mob, concert, model show and other activities, which lasted more than 7 hours in total.
In the afternoon of the event day, the performance series named "Hot Youth" kicked off with a flash mob themed on "Singing the Melody of Youth" by the Choir of BFU. Afterwards, Symphony Orchestra and the Association of Guitar performed the woodwind quintet "Blue is Your Lappet, Golden is Our Future" and the guitar singing of "Blazing Youth" respectively, which attracted a large number of audiences. At the end, the folk orchestra performance themed on "To Youth, To the Future" performed by the Chinese Orchestra of BFU brought the show to a climax with great applause.
In the evening, the "Blooming Here" model show brought by the etiquette team was staged at Tin Ka Ping Stadium. The 7 themes of the show corresponded to different styles of costume performances, which fully demonstrated the characteristics of BFU. The teacher in charge said that what is "blooming here" is not only the students' unrestrained and self-improving youth, but also their longing and yearning for a better future, conveying the students' determination to forge ahead and the ambition to bloom with their motherland.
It is reported that the art popularization activities of the Student Art Education Center of BFU will continue until the end of June. Also, the Center plans to hold a number of special activities such as fine concerts, fine art classes, team training open classes, art and culture salons. Indeed, the Center will continue to carry out cultural activities in various styles and forms to promote BFU's art education and campus culture.
